Please be aware of the following minimum notice requirements for Marketing and Communications requests:

  • Design of event advertising - 4 weeks prior to event.
  • Design and publishing of digital advertising(social media, newsletter, etc) - 3 weeks prior to event.
  • Design of certificates or similar - at least 2 weeks prior to event.
  • Event Photography and Videography - at least 1 week prior to event.

If you are not able to provide the minimum notice for your job, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete it.

Organising a major event?

If you are organising a major event at the College, we recommend contacting us as early as possible to start a conversation about what will be required so we can anticipate the tasks required for your job, even if you do not need them completed straight away.
