We have aimed to make it as easy as possible to submit a job ticket for Marketing & Communications.


We ask that all jobs for the Marketing & Communications team are sent as a ticket, even if there have been verbal communications about a job. This helps the team keep track of your request and ensure it is completed on-time and to a high standard.


There are two methods to submit a ticket. 


1. Send an Email

Email your job request to marketing@livingstone.qld.edu.au 

This will automatically enter your request into our ticketing system and we will follow up with you shortly afterwards regarding your job. Please be sure to thoroughly describe your request and attach any relevant files to your email so we can get started with your job right away!


2. Submit a Ticket Online

Alternatively, you can visit https://livingstone.freshdesk.com/support/home. On this website you will see a button called 'New Support Ticket'. Click this button to be directed to an online form which you can complete to submit your ticket to us. Again, please sure to thoroughly describe your request and attach any relevant files to your email so we can get started with your job right away!
